 haven't been good and I haven't ran this week yet. But I swear I will tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. I've been lazy this week so far. Here is last week though!

MON: Rest
TUES: 2.5 miles (10 min running, 20 min walking)
WED: Rest
THUR: 2.5 miles (10 min running, 20 min walking)
FRI: Rest
SAT: 3 miles (walking- Parade)
SUN: Rest

Weekly Total: 8 miles
Total Running: 20 minutes
Total Walking: 40 minutes + parade (1 hour?)
Yearly: 8 miles

I will post up tomorrow to make sure I go running. I know myself and don't want to stop training because I want to 'lay around'.

Okay, I was not expecting at ALL to get this costume completed. I made the dress Saturday night and today I finished everything else. There are a few things I need to do on it but otherwise I call this costume complete. I am quite proud of it too! The dress was made without a pattern and was handpainted, as was the lacy outer layer. There are several inaccuracies with it. First off, the lacy later is the wrong stuff, and the paint on it came out too strong. Also the fabric for the underdress is slightly the wrong fabric, I have a V-neck undershirt instead of a scoop neck, ect. Honestly, I don't care. I think it turned out awesome! I can't wait to wear it somewhere...hmm, maybe the Halloween party!

Oh, and what I love about this costume is the fact it's like two for one, as River later wears the underdress at the end of the movie when flying with Mal. I love double costumes!

I know it's been like a month since we were at Dragon*con, but I thought I'd post this up. Better late than never. lol

Yay! I finished my Snowbunny Padme in time for two Clone Wars events on Saturday and Sunday. I'm quite pleased with it. The only thing is the hood I made was just so uncomfortable that I ended up making like a do-rag and pinning my cloak hood to the rag. I also felt big in some of my pics but the reaction to my costume was awesome. Everyone loved it! This is sure coming with me to D*Con.

The Clone Wars events differed from each other quite significantly. The one in Concord was extremely busy and we had over 30 troopers out there. The one in Hickory was very very small with six troopers. Both were good though. We always manage to have a good time. I will say the one in Concord did give me a sneak peak of stuff at D*Con. I got some strange requests. One guy wanted to pick me up and another wanted a kiss. lol. Just some crazy stuff.
